All Cosmetics Wholesale Haul- Urban Decay Palettes!

Hey Dolls :)

I'm sorry for the lack of posting, but I don't know how some bloggers have the time! My weekends are so filled ip with stuff to do with my boyfriend that I never have time to update :( we're always going on day trips, shopping or just relaxing- This weekend we where shopping for furniture for our place :P

Anywho, I was so happy to recieve my Urban Decay Palettes from ACW. This is my third order from ACW, and again- it has arrived in only 2 weeks, and packaged exceedingly well (seriously, I had to break open about 4 layers of bubble wrap!) ....I'll be ordering from them again some time soon.

These are my very first Urban Decay Palettes, and I can see why people love them. The pigmentation is fabulous, they are so soft. They do have a little bit of glitter in them, that can slightly fall down onto your face- but I always do my foundation after my eye makeup, so it isn't a problem to me. I purchased these palettes for $57.00 (this included shipping to Canada) it was an amazing price, considering if I where to purchase these from Sephora I would be paying $107.00 :O

I'm so sorry that my Eyeshadow Hauls don't have swatches, but my camera doesn't do the beautiful colors justice at all. By the time I checked the mail today, it was late- and already a gloomy day...I promise to get some swatches up soon if I can get decent lighting.

I hope you enjoy the pictures!

Teeny Tiny MAC Haul!

Hey everyone!
I thought I would share some MAC eyeshadows I recently purchased to finally fill up my 15 Pan Pro-Palette. I really have been trying to avoid purchasing single eyeshadows to save some space in my Traincases. I really like Palettes, especially if you can custom create them. I just ordered some Urban Decay Palettes from All Cosmetics Wholesale- I purchased the Foreshadow and Ammo Palettes for only $56.00! (that's including shipping) which is amazing, because if I ordered them from Sephora, I would be paying $106.00 :O

Anywho, I got a little off topic there! I just love when I find a great deal :D and those will be my very first Urban Decay shadows.

The two eyeshadows I purchased are Satin Taupe and Amber Lights. These are quite popular and I can see why. Satin Taupe is the perfect neutral! it looks gorgeous on the lid, with a black shadow on the crease- it also looks stunning with purple (my favorite purple-ish shadow is MAC's Heritage Rouge Pigment, I will be making a single post about that pigment soon- its AMAZING, it goes with nearl every shade out there!) .....Ok, I got off topic again- can you tell I love to talk? :P

I chose Amber Lights as well, because the swatches are beautiful. Its really Sunny today, and I couldn't get my camera to grasp the beauty of Amber Lights and Satin Taupe- but there are loads of swatches on google. Amber lights looks stunning with purple, black, or a dark brown in the crease. I hope you enjoy these pictures. I'm sorry for the lack of swatches, but I want to make sure I have god quality pictures to put up :)

First Post & Haul

Hey Everyone :)

My name is Jessica Veronika, and I created this blog to share my passion for makeup woth others. I also thought this would be a great little diary for all my product purchases, and swatches to. I plan to make my posts a little more exciting in the future- but I have no idea where to start, so I thought a Haul Post would be the easiest.

These are some yums yums I ordered from Cherry Culture, and Madamemadeline.com the last 2 weeks. The NYX 'Frosted Beige' Mega Shine Lipgloss is a huge staple in my dailty routine. I apply this over Hard Candy's Fire Alarm lipstick, MAC Myth, Shy Girl, or OCC's Lip Tar in Conquest (a very, very nude shade- but Frosted Beige makes it much more wearable) ....The NYX glitter liners are all time faves. Somedays, I love a little swipe of glitter on the lower lashline for insant drama & fun.

In the future, I'll probably post my many False Eyelash hauls. They are by far, one of my favorite beauty items (hence my blog name!)
Hope you enjoy- please feel free to ask any questions...and yes, I love huge lashes- its just my personal preference.

Hope this post was okay :P I'm getting a few more items in the mail soon from All Cosmetics Wholesale.

Now that the postal strike is over in Canada, I can finally order more things from the US :-)
